About Us
Maman Zari is a restaurant in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago inspired by Persian cuisine and adapted to today's palate. Named for the owner’s beloved grandmother, the menu draws inspiration from flavors and dishes that originated in the lands that were once a part of the Persian empire. The changing menu treats diners to an abundance of the fresh herbs that brighten up the region and the red gold saffron that has long been a cultivated crop there.
We offer both a set tasting menu (with advance reservation) and an a la carte menu.
